Will my 7 month old kitty stop being mean to the 8 week old kittens?

i brought tham home yesterday and I am sure it takes time but they are so tiny and she swats at them and bites them and won't let them eat (they have seperate bowls) The one sticks up for her self a little but the other, I think she was the runt, doesn't. What should I do?
