Why would you clipped just his head and neck- its very funny! haha?

It's very common to do in Arabians, miniature horses, and any other breed where the head/neck definition is very important. They do it to show off how refined his head/neck is, because with all of that winter fur on he probably looks like a woolly mammoth! They didn't clip all of him so he still has some warmth for the winter.
