I need help with a personal project?

shotokan....the only thing the guy left out is body toughening where you take full power kicks to the legs and stomach and u do forearm strikes u both hit each other in the forearms it makes the bone alot stronger and kick each other in the schins to strenghting the bones and also punch walls and when your at home your suppose to kick trees punch trees and do forearm strikes to trees we do this almost everyday at cl but i was just adding on to his so there ya go
