13.2 hh white welsh cob?

i have a pony that is a 13.3hh white welsh cob. he was my first pony and i love him very much. he is 15 years old and i cant ride him anymore and i want to find a good home for him with a little girl/boy. the problom im having is what price to put him up as. i was thinking about $2,000 but i dont know if that is too much or too little? he is very very well tempered, he is great with children and will do anything!! please help me find a good price to put him up for. thanks- lexi
