Could i be pregnant?

my baby is 10 months old at the end of october. i am on the pill. dont use condoms. my nipple started leaking this morning, made a wet patch on my nightie. my belly has grown so if i was i reckon about 5 months anyway, bobs are huge, and my parents say how fat im getting. my partner says im ust paranoid. i done a test a few months back and it was neg. my partner says every mnth im paranoid that i am. but why is this happenig to me. i swear i felt something move inside me the other day too....... please post your opinions. thanks
