Grown man acting like a highschool dropout?

Well this friend of mine, he's 25 years old. I'm 21. I live in a one bedroom apartment with my boyfriend(22 yrs) on the lease. Well here's the situation: Our 25 year old friend, got kicked out of his step-mom's house because he has no future for himself. And what I mean by that is, he has a very unstable job, and isn't doing anything about it. 3 months ago I let him live with my boyfriend and I at my apartment, dispite the fact I can only have 2 people living in my apartment. Basically I'm risking my *** for him. I give him the agreement to pay 100$ to me every month, buy his own food, and the rest of his pay goes to savings, no exceptions. I told him to save his money or he has no business being here. Then, I told him to find a better job, that I expect him to shave his sideburns and beard, cut his unkempt hair, bathe regularly and dress to impress when looking for jobs. I told him to apply everywhere he can, even places he doesn't like, and check back with every one of them weekly until he finds something(This is how my boyfriend and I got a job). I told him he won't get to play my boyfriend's Xbox or plug anything in except his cellphone in because he can't pay me the 100$ every month with the unstable job he has now. And if he doesn't apply for better work and check back weekly, and save his money, then I will kick him out immediately. I am giving him a wake-up call and telling him to help himself, because frankly he needs to do a hell of a lot more then lying on my couch all day. I don't want him to be comfortable here.So what I'm asking is, does any of this seem unreasonable to you?
