Will there be a Saints Row 3?

I already know that Saints Row was made as a trilogy, and i really hope that there is a third game. I just cant see a thrid game being on Stilwater again, and another bunch of gangs comming and trying to take over. If there is a third game, it would be obvious that Dex is the main target along with Troy. What do you think? if there is anything you know please say. 10 points!
