Please help me Im dying!?

I have been dealing with recurrent bacterial vaginosis for almost 4 months. Metrogel or flagyl does not work. Clindamycin cream didn't work but the pills did. However it reoccurred during my period. Please help me this is just ridiculous. I am a virgin and I don't put myself at risk for bv. I don't douche, use harsh soaps, use tampons, take baths, NOTHING! I even take acidophilus and it still came back. This is hell and I feel like I am being punished for nothing. I am trying to wait until marriage for but I mind as well do it now since im going through this bullS#*& anyway. Any advice would be great.
