As hot as the temp. has been around here I do not want to heat up my kitchen unless I just have to so

I know this isn't really what you asked but a decent size toaster oven in an excellent investment. I have had one for years and it is great in the summer for baking or even heating up things, altho the microwave does that. I use mine almost exclusively for cooking and hardly even use the oven in my regular stove any more.
