Why are the leaves on my orchid limp and lifeless!!!!!?

Hello I have an orchid that has thin lifeless mushy leaves. What can I do to fix the problem? Is it an overwatering problem? Do I have to take it out of the plastic pot it came in and check the roots, I am to the understanding that one shouldnt mess with repotting while its in bloom!!! Please help as I dont wast it to die!!!!!!!!!
