What does working in the Six Flags "Office of Operations" mean?

I went to my preliminary interview today. They told me that I was hired, but that they thought the initial position I interviewed for was non-suiting. They said that I would be better suited for something in the "Office of Operations". Any idea what the hell I would be doing? Or better yet, the pay?
