Need help with a 2003 jetta wolfsburg 1.8t?

I wouldn't mess with the triptonic. It's notoriously fragile and expensive to fix or replace. The bigger turbo is a good plan. AWD will be a huge job, but others have done it in the past. You have to remember though, that the AWD parts weigh as much as a house. They will slow the car down by affecting your power/weight ratio.
