Leaving on vacation and have postings on Ebay. How can I inform senders of email to me that I am out of town?

I have postings on Ebay that I do not wish to cancel during a week/10 days of vacation. How can I inform inbound mail initiaters that I am out of town but will return and offer a phone number for contact? Thanks.
