Is "war" a phenomenon caused primarily due to unoccupied young males?

Wherever are many young males who do not have employment opportunities, you see instability and conflict. Do you think by focusing on the young male and youth demographic, by educating them, by providing them with peaceful opportunities, we could lessen the amount of conflict in the world?
