In India, per Hindu Succession Act for females, if an educated, well-earning female dies (no children) without a Will and husband already ped away; her blood-relatives (parents, siblings, etc) can inherit only after ex-husband's heirs (Cl I, Cl II, III, etc)? Does that mean potentially a very remote relative of the husband (say aunt, nephew) get's share of the widow's earnings/property before her own parents / sister / brother can?
