I need a answer for unreasanable searches, and stops.?

Okay my friend has MS [multiple sclerosis] and she has balance problems, and she has weakness, etc. She was pulled over, she wasnt speeding, and another friend saw the whole thing happen, she was pulled over without any probable cause that we know of, and the cop searched her, also without probable cause, [unless she had a warrant but we dont know, there wouldnt be any reason too tho] but anyways the cop searched her and found her MS medicine, and arrested her. SHE DOESNT DO DRUGS. But her husband had to pay a tow-truck $120 to get the truck back, and later the jail called and told her husband that he could come get her, and he went and they said that she was too drunk to leave, and she was crying hysterically probably because of her emotions from the MS. The only way they could know that she was drunk was if they gave her the breathalizer test because she cannot do the line test because of MS. But they transported her to another jail, and they said that he could come get her at 9 pm ET tonite, so we are currently waiting. I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PRONTO! thanks for the help guys! =[
