How to respond to this intense and emotional girl? (Long, but all answers GREATLY appreciated)?

i dont think you should have to do anything, the adults who supervise should be setting her aside and meet with the school counselor or parents. maybe you should quietly gather a small group of concerned peers and approach your schools authority figures with your concerns for her well being and address the worry and discomfort she spreads among the group.
