Can It be done??? Send a non-anonymous email BUT hide my IP address...?

I wanted to send an email from my yahoo account; however, I don't want the recipient to see my IP address. Is there a way I can hide my IP and still have them see my email address. I'm not trying to send it anonymously, I just don't want them to know my location. Thanks.
